How is LunaDesk & Luna AI different from Zendesk or Freshdesk?

Unlike per-seat helpdesks that charge $55 to $115 per agent per month, LunaDesk & Luna AI includes unlimited agent seats and a 100% private local Ollama AI copilot for one flat rate of $390/month (or $1,950 one-time self-hosted).

Does Luna AI send customer or student data to OpenAI?

No. Luna AI runs on dedicated local Ollama LLM infrastructure with zero external token fees and full GDPR and ASEAN PDPA data sovereignty.
